How do we collect your data?

You will directly provide most of the data we collect. We (Orbit) collect data and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily provide feedback via forms provided at the consultation and online feedback form which are to be submitted in person on the day of the consultation or via post to Orbit’s address above by 30 April 2024.

  • Registering for one of our events.

We (Orbit) are collecting your personal data for the purposes of completing a public consultation process as part of the Parties’ application for planning permission in relation to the development of the former school site known as [Site/project Name].

Comments and feedback provided as part of the consultation will be received directly by Orbit and shared with the Parties, the Parties’ appointed architectural, flood, planning and transport consultants, the YMCA and the Planning Authority (as part of the planning application process).
